Safeguarding

Safeguarding information about our school.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is of paramount importance and is everyone’s responsibility.

All correct safeguarding procedures are followed with regard to the recruitment of staff. All staff are trained in safeguarding. Parents/carers and grandparents are encouraged to take an active part in the life of the school especially with reading support, attendance at trips and organizing fundraising events.

All volunteers are CRB checked before they can help in school. If you wish to help in school please contact the school office.

Staff in the school office are available for further information about DBS applications.

The designated safeguarding leads in school are Mrs C Cuskern, Mrs L Robinson, Mrs J Coyne and Mrs N Hall.
